Mexico City’s Grupo Hunan Hospitality Collective To Open Lucrezia Italian Restaurant Concept This Summer In San Diego’s Westfield UTC

Lucrezia, an upscale Italian restaurant, is set to open this summer at Westfield UTC in San Diego. The restaurant is part of Mexico City’s renowned hospitality group, Grupo Hunan, which has expanded to more than a dozen restaurants in Mexico City, including popular establishments like Nueve Nueve, Lampuga, and Italian brands Prosecco, Negroni, and Trastevere. Lucrezia will occupy the space previously held by Larsen’s Steakhouse at Westfield UTC. The menu, created in collaboration with Caccio Pizza & Rotisserie, will feature a variety of Italian dishes, such as antipasti, fresh shellfish, carpaccio, penne arrabbiata, and Neapolitan pizza. The restaurant plans to offer mains like grilled branzino, Jidori rotisserie chicken with salsa verde, and an aged bistecca alla Fiorentina for two. Grupo Hunan expressed their excitement about opening Lucrezia in San Diego and hinted at the possibility of expanding with other dining concepts in the city in the future.
